I was born in Belarus and my name is Vita. I moved to Colorado in 2016. Since then, I’ve lived in other places, but I always end up back in Denver. I am a mindset coach and a fitness and poledance trainer. I help people reach their full potential, change their minds in a good way, and get physically and mentally stronger.
In 2014, I started my fitness business. I was a professional athlete as well as a fitness trainer. I used to be a powerlifting World Champion. As a world-class athlete, I know how our minds and bodies are connected and how everything in our lives is affected by how we think.
We all have problems, but when you look back, would you say it was mostly easy?
It took a lot of work. The first problem was that no one spoke the same language. When I moved to the US, I didn’t know any English, so it was a big step out of my comfort zone when I decided to open my online school “Go beyond the limit” in English and translate all my courses. I also switched to using English for all of my social media. I still sometimes have trouble with it, but every day it gets easier and easier.
I’m having a hard time right now trying to find a place for my pole dance studio. I’ve been looking for a job for four months, and a few places have turned me down because of the type of business. I hope that by the end of this year, I’ll be able to teach awesome girls in Denver how to pole dance and express themselves through it.

I work as a mindset coach and teach fitness and pole dance. I used to be the world champion in powerlifting. I teach girls how to dance so they can express themselves, reach their full potential, and get physically and mentally stronger.
What do you want to do with your life?
I’m looking for a place for my pole dance studio, and I’d like to open more than one in the Denver area.
I also want to make a few new courses for my online school, “Go beyond the limit.” I am currently working on a fitness course that will have a lot of information about self-coaching so that people can understand why they act or think the way they do and why they have what they have in their lives.
