Did John B and Big John Reunite: Outer Banks Season 3 Spoilers?
John B has surely gone through a rollercoaster of emotions throughout season 3 of Outer Banks. At first, Big John was assumed dead but there was never that confirmation.
John B refused to trust his dad was dead until Ward tell him everything that happened on that fateful day, but then the season 2 finale episode brought us the exciting news that Big John was alive!
John B finds out that his father was actually alive after all that time of trusting the worst.
They both had the chance to reunite, and so started a trip that would see Big John step up in the way any loving father would.
As early as episode 4, a duo of smugglers comes across both Johns. Big John murdered the smugglers to save his son.
At the end of the season, it was John B’s turn to pay to save his father. As Ward pointed a gun at Big John, his son John B stepped in the way.
Outer Banks Season 3 Ending Explained
The episode ends with Big John and his son John B returning to the childhood home, and Big John rings the bell just like old times’ sake, and they found to make themselves at home.
Big John asks John B where the copy of the diary is, and he assumes that it has been confiscated with his old van, the Twinkie.
John B and his father sleep, although John B has a rather nasty nightmare. John B wakes to find Sarah next to him. The duo holds her, and John B tells Sarah that his father is alive.
Unfortunately, Big John has done a runner and now, he is not to be seen.
