Dr. Wendell E. Pritchett serves as Independent Director of the Company. He is Provost of the University of Pennsylvania, a position he has held since July 2017. Since 2014, he has been the Presidential Professor of Law and Education at the University of Pennsylvania. Prior to that, he spent five years as assistant professor of history at Baruch College of the City University of New York. Dr. Pritchett is a member of the board of directors of WHYY, a public media organization, and the Stoneleigh Foundation. He brings to the Board of Directors his leadership and administrative skills, expertise in real estate and housing law, and experience as policymaker, political advisor, and leader in nonprofit organizations with a particular focus on urban development.
