Watch as the HESCO barriers break

It took less than six minutes for floodwaters to fill the businesses on the east side of downtown Davenport and Roam captured it on video. 

Roam co-owner Dylan Steil told Local 4 News earlier this week that the water is up to the bar in the restaurant, but all of his employees were able to get safely. 

Steil has now started a GoFundMe page to help his employees while they are unable to work at the restaurant. It has already raised more than $7,000 in two days.
