Tracy Pun Palandjian serves as Independent Director of the Company. Ms. Palandjian is the Chief Executive Officer, co-founder and a member of the Board of Directors of Social Finance, Inc., a nonprofit organization focused on developing and managing investments that generate social impact and financial return. Prior to establishing Social Finance, Ms. Palandjian served as a Managing Director at The Parthenon Group, a global strategy consulting firm. At Parthenon, she established and led the Nonprofit Practice and consulted to foundations and nonprofit organizations on strategy development, mission definition, corporate social responsibility and knowledge and innovation in the U.S. and globally. Prior to Parthenon, Ms. Palandjian worked at McKinsey & Company and at Wellington Management Company, LLP. Ms. Palandjian is currently Vice-Chair of the United States Impact Investing Alliance and the Global Social Impact Investment Steering Group (successor to the G8 Social Impact Investment Taskforce).
