Ted English serves as Independent Non-Management Director of the Company. Mr. English joined our Board of Directors in November 2016 and currently serves on our Audit Committee and Compensation Committee. Mr. English has been the Executive Chairman of the board of directors of Bob’s Discount Furniture since March 2016 and was its Chief Executive Officer from 2006 until his appointment as Executive Chairman.
