Removing urine smell from carpet?

Mo, T***o (and other retailers - you can google it) sell something called Carpet Power by Ozkleen. I used it on a huge diarrhoea stain on Mum's bedroom carpet (having tried other things already), and to look at the carpet now, you wouldn't know what used to be there.

It's around the £3-£4 range in price for a half litre spray.

For the avoidance of doubt, I don't work for the company!
