Gina Krasely was a resident of Tuckerton, New Jersey in the United States, who came into the limelight after appearing on the 8th season of the show “My 600-Lb. Life” in 2020 on TLC Network. On the show, she shared her journey being obese and how she put effort to lose weight.

Krasely passed away at her home on 1st August 2021 at the age of 30 besides her family. The news of her death was shared by her family on social media, however, they never shared the actual reason for her death.

Krasely’s family never shared how she died. However, a source on the web suggested that she was having serious health issues months before her death.

Before around three months of her death, she suffered from a bacterial infection named cellulitis, and later she had nerve pain for which she consulted a neurologist, she had even stopped uploading videos on her YouTube channel three weeks before she died.

Krasely’s family shared that she was very passionate about dancing and wished to set up her own dance studio for helping differently-abled children to dance.

She would always encourage people to dance irrespective of their size or weight. The visitation service was hosted a few days after her death. The TLC Network also paid tribute to her on Twitter.
