Moon Bin, known professionally as Moonbin, is a South Korean actor, dancer, singer and model who used to work for the management agency Fantagio. He is a member of the boy group Astro and the subunit Moonbin & Sanha.

Career

Moonbin debuted as a child model and ulzzang in 2004 thanks to the support of her mother. Death

He was found dead at his residence in the Gangnam area, Seoul on the evening of April 19, 2023. His manager monitored him when he was not available for rehearsals. He is 25 years old. According to a statement by the Seoul Gangnam Police, who are investigating the death, “it appears that he committed suicide.” On April 20, Gangnam Police informed CNN that “no sign of foul play has been found in connection with this case.”

He was scheduled to perform at the Dream Concert in Busan with Astro member Sanha as part of their duet, Moonbin & Sanha, just a day before his death. As of April 20, the organizers have yet to make a statement about his death.
