TikTok star Ava James who also makes adult content on OnlyFans has been the talk of the town lately after news broke that she was fired from her day job as a teacher.
TikTok has led to the rise of a new brand of celebrities. The ByteDance-owned platform has also allowed many people who have regular jobs to pursue their passion. One such TikToker is Ava James whose daytime job was that of a special needs teacher. However, she also has a sizeable fan following on TikTok and OnlyFans where she makes adult entertainment content. But recently the news surfaced that the TikToker was fired from her job as a teacher following her online accounts coming to light.

Ava James has 19.8K followers on TikTok. The star’s handle on the platform is ‘ava_james88.’ Her page contains loads of videos of her in skimpy bikinis as well as other suggestive attires.
Her content is clearly for adult users of the platform only. Most of her videos see her showing off her attractive body as she grooves to catchy tracks. She also makes a bunch of lip-syncing content. The views on her videos range between 2000-8000. However, her most recent video announcing her firing has already accrued 10K views at the time of writing.
On Instagram, Miss Ava James has a whopping 40.8K followers. She also runs a subscription-based OnlyFans account where fans can pay to watch her exclusive content.
Kristin MacDonald is fired from school district over OnlyFans
Fox News notes, TikTok star Ava James whose real name is Kristin MacDonald made $1,000 bi-weekly in her job as a special needs teaching assistant in British Columbia, Canada.
However, the school district decided to fire her after discovering her OnlyFans and when she reportedly refused to shut it down.
Kristin said that she got an email on April 28 from School District 43 in British Columbia. The email contained an advice for her to deactivate all accounts related to “Ava James.”
Ava James is her online persona with which she made her TikTok content, runs an Instagram page, and also operates her OnlyFans.
“I was advised to deactivate all Ava James social media platforms immediately, including [Instagram], TikTok and OnlyFans, or possibly be terminated,” she told Fox News Digital. “I did not comply.”
The school district’s rules have a “a collective agreement” with a clause about “off-duty conduct being ‘appropriate.” Kristin believes this is “up for individual interpretation.”
She lost her job on June 16.
