On the campus of Mississippi State University, a person was discovered deceased inside a car yesterday afternoon. according to Kenneth Rogers, chief of the MSU police. On Sunday, August 27, at about 1:00 p.m., police were called to the location.
At the scene, Oktibbeha County Coroner Michael Hunt declared the student deceased. After being called to the scene, the Welch Funeral Home of Starkville took care of removing the body.
According to Rogers, the incident posed no threat to the rest of the school, and everything is back to normal.
