Mark Pilgrim was diagnosed with lung cancer in February 2022, for the 2nd time, and he has been fighting tooth and nail for his life.
The first time, Pilgrim was diagnosed with Stage 3 testicular cancer was in 1988, which he beat. On 14 July 2008, he also suffered a severe heart attack which caused permanent heart damage.
