Luke and Martin Duque were walking to class together on 14 February 2018 when 19 Years old Nikolas Cruz opened fire at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in Parkland. He killed 17 people and injured 17 others.
He shot Luke Hoyer in the body and Martin Duque in the neck. This shooting lasted 6 minutes and Nikolas went away from the scene by blending in with fleeing students. Cruz was sentenced to death for his crime.
