Location, Events, and Etiquette to Know for RTX Austin 2018

Rooster Teeth’s annual nerd convention RTX Austin 2018 is just around the corner, taking place from Aug 3 – 5. Alongside plenty of panels, autograph signings, and events, there is going to be a lot of stuff taking place that weekend for the event! That is why the company wants to make sure everyone is prepared.

In a recent blog post to the site, RTX Events Coordinator Patrick Matthews detailed the 10 things you need to know before you go (to RTX). Below is a list of those 10 things, summarized for conveniences.

  • No – guns, swords, knives, clubs, or other weapons that may cause harm, including anything metal or sharp
  • Security – large props, and/or a fake/simulated weapon, it will be subject to examination
