Leonard Williams was born in Bakersfield, California on June 20, 1994. Clenon Williams (father) and Aviva Russek (mother) gave birth to him. Natasha Williams (sister) is one of his four siblings. He went to Daytona Beach Mainland High School, where he was an athlete in two sports: football and track. In his class, he was considered the fifth best defensive end recruit on the strong side.
