According to the reports, there are actually 3 current and ex-NBA players who are Jehovah’s Witnesses, and their names are Danny Granger, Darren Collison, and Dewayne Dedmon (currently of the Miami Heat) and former Indiana Pacers’ teammates.

Darren Collison

One more player from Indiana Pacers named Danny Granger and he is a Jehovah’s Witness. He spent 9 seasons with the Indiana Pacers and he was one of the best scorers on the team.
After Indiana Pacers, the forward played for the Miami Heat and Los Angeles Clippers. Unfortunately for him, he couldn’t win a championship.
Danny grew up in a religious family of Jehovah’s Witnesses but wasn’t baptized until 2017, 2 years after his final season in the NBA.
Dewayne Dedmon
Dewayne Dedmon is recognized as one of the best players in the National Basketball Association. However, the 7-foot-tall center player Dewayne Dedmon may not have been in the association if he had followed his mother’s advice.
Dewayne grew up in a family of Jehovah’s Witnesses and his mother prohibit him from playing basketball.
As a kid, Dewayne was too skinny and due to his family’s religion, he wasn’t coached. However, he put in the work and was finally picked up by the NBA.
