Ms. Kimberly has held leadership roles within regulatory affairs, clinical affairs, quality assurance, health economics and reimbursement. Her prior clinical research experience spans the private practice setting, consulting and contract research, as well as medical device companies from start-up to Fortune 500, including Medtronic and St. Jude Medical, and includes the development and leadership of global clinical trial teams. Her prior regulatory affairs experience includes responsibility for creating and leading a global team responsible for regulatory compliance and product approvals in more than 100 international markets. Kimberly holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology (pre-medicine focus) from the College of St. Benedict, a Master of Science in Management from Cardinal Stritch University, and has certifications in clinical research (CCRP) and regulatory affairs (RAC-EU).
