Mr. Stokely is a director of Malibu Boats, Inc., a manufacturer of performance sports boats, and serves on its audit committee and nominating and governance committee. He was previously a director of O’Charley’s Inc., a national restaurant chain, Nash Finch Company, a wholesale food distributor, PFG, Imperial Sugar Company, and ACI. Mr. Stokely holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Tennessee. Among other qualifications, he brings to the Board experience in providing strategic, financial and risk management advice to companies engaged in a variety of industries, unique strategic insight, distribution and retail expertise and extensive senior leadership experience.
