Childhood, Parents & Sister

Jasdeep Singh Gill has no family background with acting or singing. He comes from a middle-class Jatt Sikh family with a farming background.

He hails from village “Jandali” (Khanna), Punjab. Jassi has always been a good student, his schooling is from Sant Ishar Singh Memorial Public School, in Rara Sahib, Ludhiana.

Later he completed his graduation from Gobindgarh College, Ludhiana, Punjab. He later went to Australia for further studies and did a part-time job of car washing. He saved money from his job which later helped him for making his debut.

Jassi Gill loves his family a lot and always appreciate their support for his interests specifically for his music career. His father (Gurminder Singh) is a farmer and his mother (Ravinder Kaur) is a homemaker.

He has 3 elder sisters who are well educated i.e. The eldest sister is a Doctor, middle sister did her MBA and the third sister is a successful engineer.

Recently, he got to see in his new Bollywood movie “Panga” alongside Kangana Ranaut and is getting appreciated by everyone. He was seen promoting his movie in “The Kapil Sharma Show” with the entire team of “Panga”.

In an interview, he told me that everyone who loves someone can relate their life to this movie. He appreciated the working relationship with Kangana Ranaut and told them they had a good time together working in it. He didn’t forget to mention “Never Judge someone without spending time with them”.

Jassi has also worked along with Shehnaz Kaur Gill in Punjabi song “Keh Gayi Sorry”. This song was released on 11 May 2020 over his official Youtube channel.
