Janet Reyes Cleveland Car Accident: Authorities identify woman killed in Thursday multi vehicle crash near Pearl and Altoona Roads.

The Cuyahoga County medical examiner has now identified the woman killed in a multi vehicle crash late Thursday night on Cleveland’s West Side as 21-year-old Janet Reyes.

The rollover crash happened around 8:30 pm near Pearl and Altoona Roads on Thursday, August 3. The deceased victim now identified as Reyes was pronounced dead at the scene.

Four juveniles and one adult were taken to MetroHealth Hospital in critical condition. Their current condition is yet to revealed.

According to Police, the victim vehicle was struck by a stolen Kia. The cause of the crash is under investigation.
