Travis Pastrana has been married to Lyndsey “Lyn-Z” Adams Hawkins for about a decade. On June 4, 2011, the couple got engaged while on the Nitro Circus Live World Tour. During the Las Vegas stop of the tour, the professional motorsports racer posed a big question. He got down on one knee to the ramp as a crew member handed Lyn-Z to him and proposed to her in front of the crowd. Lyn-Z immediately agreed to the unexpected marriage proposal. After that, their relationship took off like a rocket.

Pastrana married his fiancée four months after they became engaged on October 29, 2011. The couple married in a secret ceremony in San Diego. Pastrana wore a white shirt, trousers, red plaid jacket and matching bow tie, while his companion wore a short white bridal gown. The ceremony was attended by a small number of close friends and family members. Pastrana posted wedding photos on Facebook two days after the ceremony and announced: “We are officially husband and wife”.

Pastrana later told USA Today that he considers himself lucky to have found a wife. He added that she is an athlete and she knows the hardships their marriage faces due to his vocation. Pastrana’s wife is a professional skateboarder with a long and successful career. Lyn-Z, a member of the Women’s Sports Foundation, won three golds, three silvers and one bronze in Women’s Vert Skateboarding at the X Olympics from 2003 to 2010. After marrying Pastrana, she became interested in racing and toured Australia and New Zealand with The Nitro Circus Live tour.

The stuntman revealed on Facebook on February 26, 2013 that he and his wife were expecting their first child. Lyn-Z followed suit, posting the good news on her Facebook page. She said that their first child would be born on September 9, 2013. However, their daughter, Addy Pastrana, did not arrive on time. She was born just days before, on September 2, 2013. “@travispastrana and I are so excited to welcome our happy, healthy baby girl on Labor Day,” Lyn-Z wrote on Instagram, along with a snap of their newborn daughter.

Bristol Murphy, their second daughter, joined the family two years later. On February 9, 2015, she was born. “And suddenly there were four,” Pastrana wrote in a family photo on Instagram, announcing the birth of their second child. Surprisingly, the Pastrana kids are also athletes, following in their parents’ footsteps. Lyn-Z took to Instagram on September 15, 2021 to thank her eldest daughter. She announced that Addy had been named Athlete of the Month by her gymnastics club, the Maryland Twisters.

No wonder Pastrana is enjoying the time of her life with two lovely children and a caring husband. They all wore skeleton costumes for Halloween 2021 and had a great time. The mother-of-two later shared the photos on Instagram, saying that dressing up as a skeleton was a family ritual.
