TikTok is obsessed with quizzes this month and the latest one to go viral is the ‘which tragic Greek figure are you’ test.

This week, everyone has been taking the soldier, a poet, or a king test, and quizzes appear to be keeping everyone entertained in dreary January.

‘Which tragic Greek figure are you’ quiz goes viral

The TikTok test asks you a series of questions to determine which tragic Greek figure you are, like Cyparissus or Orpheus.

All the results are people from Greek mythology and you’ll also get a long description that tells you about your tragic figure.

“Woe be upon you,” the themed quiz description says. “You are but an insignificant plaything in the toy box of the gods.”

“What was your hubris? Where did your fatal flaw strike at? Find hope that you might have been magnificent enough in life to be placed in elysium,” it continues.

How to take the TikTok test

The ‘which tragic Greek figure are you test’ is on a site called uQuiz where internet users can create free quizzes for others to take.

Just click the link above and you’ll be taken to the site and asked to enter your name. Then, you can start completing the questions.

There are 13 questions, including things like ‘are you aware that you’ve done wrong?’, ‘will you accept defeat?’ and ‘choose something to kill with’.

Another one asks what you value most and lists different attributes to choose from like honour, love, structure, freedom skill and trust.

There are 11 results

Once you’ve completed all 13 questions, you’ll be shown which tragic Greek character you are, and there are 11 different results you can get.

These are:

  • Bellerophon
  • Arachne
  • Cyparissus
  • Antigone
  • Orpheus
  • Patroclus
  • Odysseus
  • Pentheus
  • Icarus
  • Orestes

The most common is Achilles, the greatest of all the Greek warriors, and the least common is Pentheus, a king of Thebes.
