Graham Hamilton stars as Luke Skywalker actor in Book of Boba Fett
**Warning – Major spoilers ahead for The Book of Boba Fett**
There was not a dry eye in the house during The Book of Boba Fett episode 6, as fans were treated to cameo after cameo, the return of favorite characters, and a heartbreaking moment between Mando and Grogu.
One returning character was the Jedi, Luke Skywalker, and we cover what Graham Hamilton’s role was in bringing the character back to life.
The Star Wars spin-off is set directly after the events of Jon Favreau’s The Mandalorian season 2 and follows the bounty hunter (Temuera Morrison) and his ally, Fennec Shand (Ming-Na Wen), as they claim territory once ruled by Jabba the Hutt.

Chapter 6: From the Desert Comes a Stranger recap
Chapter 6: From the Desert Comes a Stranger welcomed a de-aged Luke Skywalker back to the small screen after he first appeared in The Mandalorian series. Luke was seen training Grogu before Mando arrived with R2D2.
Rosario Dawson’s Ashoka also shared some screen time with the iconic Jedi, and before the episode was over, Luke had an important decision for Grogu to make.
Chapter 6 concluded with the Jedi offering Grogu Mando’s Beskar chainmail and Yoda’s old lightsaber for the child to choose between.
Graham Hamilton among cast playing Luke Skywalker
The Book of Boba Fett official credits lists Graham Hamilton as Luke Skywalker’s performance artist, alongside Scott Lang who acted as the Jedi’s stunt double, and actor, Max Lloyd-Jones, who provided a visual reference for Lucasfilm’s de-aging technology.
Hamilton is known primarily for his voice work in the video games industry, supplying his talents to games such as The Last of Us: Part II, Dishonored 2, and Mafia III.
The voice actor has also starred in the Netflix series, Love, Death & Robots, The Orville, and NCIS.
Mark Hamill was also credited for Luke Skywalker’s return.

The Mandalorian season 3
The Book of Boba Fett chapter 7 will be released on Wednesday, February 9, 2022, on Disney Plus and it will be the show’s season finale, much to the disappointment of fans. However, The Mandalorian season 3 will now be firmly in their sights.
Fans were led to believe that season 3 would arrive by Christmas 2021, however, this project ended up being The Book of Boba Fett.
Greef Karga actor, Carl Weathers, confirmed on Twitter back in October 2021 that season 3 had just begun filming, therefore, fans can expect to see the premiere of the third chapter sometime in mid-late 2022.
