- The Civil Service Online Graduate Entrance Examination is scheduled to begin from Monday, 24th February to Wednesday 26th February.
Ghana Civil Service Online Graduate Entrance Examination Registration And Payment Procedures
- To participate in the Examination, candidates are to make a ONE-TIME NON-REFUNDABLE payment of GH¢ 50.00 as examination fees. Service charges from your network or the service provider applies.
- You register for the examination by making a payment of 50 cedis on the OHCS OHCS examination portal. Candidates are required to confirm their payment by following the procedure below.

Online Payment Procedures
Payments can be made through Mobile Money on the OHCS examination portal with the procedures stated below;
Mobile Money Payment Process
- To begin the payment process visit and click on “Sign In”
- Or just visit
- Afterwards, Enter your Username and Password to Log in
- After login, under the All Exam category, Click on “Take Exam”
- Afterwards Click on “BUY NOW” and follow the Mobile Money Payment process
- Then Click on “Mobile Money”
- Afterwards Select service provider (MTN, Tigo, Airtel, Vodafone)
- Then Input your Mobile Money number
- Then Click “Submit”
- There will be an alert on your phone to Authorize payment on your phone
- If you do not receive an alert asking for authorisation of payment, you may have to check the approval system of your mobile network, and activate your pending transactions using (AirtelTigo Money – *110#, MTN – *170#, Vodafone – *110#)
- Authorize payment on your phone
- Then Continue the process on your computer by Clicking “Complete”

- You can as well visit any GCB Bank Branch Nation-wide and make payments using the Account Name: Office of the Head of the Civil Service to obtain an account activation PIN.
