Door locks that can be opened from outside

This is what we have fitted. There is a slot on the outside which can be turned with a coin, to unlock. I have made a special "key" which lives above the door, so's not to get lost!

The door handles are replaced, and a hole drill through the door, for the extra spindle, replacing the Dead bolt which is removed.
