Dennis Bangart Obituary-Death News; Chairman Of MACCI Agri-Business Committee, Dennis Bangart Passes Away
Dennis Bangart of Loyal, Wisconsin, who chaired the MACCI Agri-Business Committee, sadly died away. He passed away on Wednesday, November 1, 2023, at the age of 41, surrounded by his cherished family, following complications associated with his leukaemia diagnosis.
When Wood County hosted Farm Technology Days in 2018, literally hundreds of people volunteered their time to make the show a success, but none more than Dennis Bangart,” reads a post that officially declared him dead.
Dennis Edward Bangart was the son of Donald and Patricia (Rueth) Bangart, born on November 12, 1981. During his early years, he attended St. Mary’s Catholic School while living on the family farm near Auburndale.
After graduating from Auburndale High School as salutatorian, Dennis was involved in 4-H, FFA, and Jr. Holstein organisations. His academic career came to an end at UW-River Falls, where he graduated with honours and a bachelor’s degree in dairy science.
Dennis’s career aspirations brought him to AgCountry Farm Credit Services as a Vice President Loan Officer. His membership in the Wood County Holstein Breeders and his previous presidency of the Marshfield-hosted State Show both attested to his enduring love of agriculture.
He chaired the prestigious Purple Ribbon Classic Heifer Sale every spring for many years. Dennis was also a prominent member of the Loyal FFA Alumni community.
