Clinton hosting training for staff; some city offices closed

The City of Clinton is closing some of their offices for the day next week for staff training.

City Hall, Building and Neighborhood Services, the Clinton Public Library and the Administrative Offices of the Fire Department will be closed to walk-ins and the administrative offices at the Ericksen Community Center will be closed on Monday, February 19 for staff development. Any phone messages left on Monday will be returned on Tuesday, February 20 when normal office hours will resume.

Not all the departments are receiving training on Monday. The Rec Fitness Center at the Ericksen Community Center will be open on Monday, February 19 with key FOB access and all evening programming at the Center will be held as scheduled. The MTA Administrative offices will be open on Monday, February 19 with regularly scheduled hours and all bus routes and paratransit services will be operating as usual. The police department’s administrative offices will be open on Monday, February 19 during regularly scheduled hours.

Garbage and recycling collection are not affected by the training and will take place as scheduled. For more information on hours and services in Clinton, click here.
