Bill Morgan, a Houston, Texas resident and the founder of The Morgan Group, Inc., has sadly gone away. At the age of 98, Dad passed away on Sunday, October 15, 2023, leaving his cherished family in shock and disbelief.

His remarkable courage and unshakable will, developed in the furnace of his experiences during World War II and the Holocaust in Europe, served as the cornerstone of his prosperous real estate development business. Afterwards, he took on the name William Morgan after coming to America.

Morgan was sadly forced to dig graves for his fellow prisoners when he was sixteen years old and his family were sent to the Stanislawow ghetto in his native Poland in 1941. With his father’s approval, Morgan used a birth certificate he acquired from a Christian coworker to make a daring escape from the ghetto.
